Event FAQ

how far in advance can i book my wedding?

We are currently booking for 2025 and 2026, with limited availability remaining. While booking a wedding a year in advance is common, please inquire about your dream date!

what is your maximum capacity?

We can accommodate up to 250 guests for a seated ceremony and reception! This ensures plenty of room for your loved ones to celebrate your special day with you.

What furnishings are provided at the broadway avenue?

We provide tables and chairs for up to 250 guests, cocktail tables, and fully furnished bride and groom suites. Additional tables are available for place cards, guest books, gifts, and cake or dessert. If you choose our in-house catering and beverage services, we will also supply all necessary tableware.

Will i have an event coordinator on the day of my event?

Yes, you will have an event coordinator on the day of your event. For more details about the level of involvement and support you can expect from our staff, please refer to the individual packages outlined in our pricing guide. Each package offers different services to ensure your day runs smoothly!

can we bring in our own flowers and decor?

Yes, you can! However, all flowers and decor must be approved by your event manager beforehand to ensure proper installation and prevent any damage to the venue.

Do you host events other than weddings?

Yes! We host a variety of events in our beautiful space, including small gatherings, corporate events, photography studio rentals, baby and bridal showers, and more.

Do you Require Event insurance?
